Cherry Brandy is the classic treat of Denmark. If you can't get Denmark's cherry brandy, any other will do for now!
1/2 shot cherry brandy
Champagne
Put the cherry brandy into a Champagne flute. Add in the Champagne. Voila!
Cherry brandy can be clear or colored red. Champagne, of course, comes in the clear variety or rose. You can go with the clear colors for a lovely traditional color with a hint of cherry flavor in it. Think of it as a "hidden surprise". Alternately, you can get a red-colored brandy, or a rose Champagne, to create a lovely red color as well as a tasty flavor!
