This is a true classic, although for many it'll take a bit of work!
1/2 shot Creme de Fraise
Champagne
Creme de Fraise is in essence "strawberry liqueur". Unfortunately most of us don't have strawberry liqueur lying around the house, so you might need to blend up some strawberries and add in some brandy to "create" the Creme de Fraise part of this drink. Put that into the bottom of a flute glass, and fill with Champagne. Add a real strawberry to accent!
This is one of my favorite Champagne cocktails. It has a great, fresh, fruity flavor - and a gorgeous color. Very romantic!
