This has such a GREAT flavor that it always reminds me of Lizzie, the main character in Pride and Prejudice. It's generally sweet and bright but has a bit of tartness for complexity.
2 shots Champagne
1 shot pineapple juice
1 shot amaretto
1 shot chambord
Add all four items to a Champagne flute. I really find this to be delicious!
