Champagne Cocktail Recipe List
This is really a HIGH end Mimosa - i.e. orange juice, Champagne, and lots of fancy liqueur. This should be made when you really feel you deserve a special treat in life.
1/2 shot brandy
1/2 shot Cointreau
1/2 shot Orange Juice
dash Chambourd
Champagne
Shake all except Champagne with ice, then strain into a Champagne flute. Add in Champagne until full, and enjoy! You can garnish with an orange twist if you wish.
