1/2 shot white creme de menthe
1/2 shot lemon juice
3/4 shot gin
Champagne
Shake creme de menthe, lemon juice and gin with ice. Strain into a Champagne flute. Top off with Champagne, and garnish with a lemon twist. Enjoy!
