Champagne Cocktail Recipe List
I always think of the Bugs Bunny cartoon - Ohio is HI in the middle and round on both ends!
3/4 shot Rosso Vermouth
3/4 shot Canadian whiskey
1 dash triple sec
1 dash Angostura bitters
Champagne
Shake all but Champagne with ice, then strain into a Champagne flute. Top off with Champagne, toast and enjoy!
You'll note that I did some substitutions in my version :) Triple Sec is an orange liqueur so I tend to upgrade that to Cointreau or Grand Marnier. I also didn't have any Canadian whiskey, so I went with another whiskey.
