Celebrate the independence and wide open spaces of Texas with this delicious cocktail.
1 shot gin
1 shot orange juice
1/4 shot grenadine
Champagne
Shake the gin, orange juice and grenadine with ice, then strain into a highball glass half filled with crushed ice. Add in Champagne to fill, and garnish with half wheel of orange.
